Delete your Zurno Looks account
You can delete your Zurno Looks account and the personal data linked to it at any time. Zurno Looks is the client app of Zurno, Inc.
Option 1: In the app (fastest)
- Open Zurno Looks and tap Me.
- Tap Delete my account.
- Confirm. You're signed out and your account is scheduled for deletion.
Option 2: Without the app
Email web@zurno.com from the email address on your account, with the subject “Delete my account”. If you signed up with a phone number or with Apple or Google, include that phone number or the email you use with Apple or Google, so we can find your account. We may reply to confirm it's you before deleting anything.
What we delete
- Your profile: name, email, phone number and photo
- Your saved salons and preferences
- Your “Ask for a look” photos and requests
- Your chats with salons and with Ask Zurno
- Your sign-in links with Apple and Google
- Your location history, if any
What we keep, and for how long
- Order and payment records, as long as the law requires (for tax and accounting).
- Records needed to resolve a dispute, prevent fraud, or meet another legal duty, only as long as needed for that purpose.
Kept records are not used for marketing, and they are deleted once the legal period ends.
How long it takes
We delete your account and data within 30 days of your request. Backups are cleared on their normal schedule within that time.
